EQUIPMENT HIRE

We have a HUGE supply of baby gear to help you save money on items you won't need forever. As a current paid up member of the Wellington Multiples Group you are able to hire some of our new and used items. Babies grow so quickly that sometimes you will only need an item for a month or two, or even just one of our great travel items for a holiday. Hiring instead of buying, just makes sense.
 

FAQs

 

  • MOST club equipment is FREE for 6 months, some newer items have a small fee attached per month.

  • Some items do not have a bond or monthly hire fee - check out our gallery for accurate hire fees.

  • Hire is for up to 6 months and can be renewed if there is no current wait list for the item.

  • Bassinets FREE for 4 months (due to high demand on these items), can be extended if there is no current wait list.

  • Breast Pumps are managed by Melanie, a local GP who ensures all pumping equipment is medically sterilized between hiring. Your inquiry will be forwarded on to her

  • Pick up and drop off of equipment are at National Storage Ngauranga, 7 Lower Tyers Road, Ngauranga. Monthly events are set up on the Wellington Multiples Facebook page and these are a good chance to test and view the inventory. Access code for the storage will be sent through the week before pick up.

  • Refundable bond must be paid along with signed Equipment Hiring Agreement before pick up of items.

  • Equipment Hire is based on availability of the item/s at the time the babies are due and that the club endeavors to meet as many requests as possible.
