Starting Solids with Elisse Crawford

Elisse Crawford is a senior paediatric dietitian working at Te Wao Nui children's health in Wellington for the past 2 years. She returned to Aotearoa New Zealand after 5 years in London, where she learnt the majority of her paediatric expertise, surrounded by allergy and neonatal dietitians. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with parents of Wellington tamariki, empowering them to provide positive feeding experiences throughout their feeding journey.
Sleep with Cherie Richards

Cherie Richards is an experienced and dedicated Certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant. For the past 7 years she has positively impacted over 800 families worldwide with her gentle and supportive approach. As a mother of four, including twins, Cherie understands firsthand the impact of exhaustion and sleep deprivation. Through her work at Just Love Sleep, she helps little ones with routines, settling and all things sleep which profoundly impacts the entire family's well-being. She especially loves supporting and encouraging twin families around sleep and parenting. Feeding and Weaning with Jo Chambers

Jo Chambers is the owner operator of Blissful Bubs, a postnatal specialist that has been operating in Wellington for the past 5 years. She trained as a nanny in the UK at the highly acclaimed Norland nanny college and brings with her over 20 years of experience. She has worked with many twin families and knows the challenges that they face. Jo, along with her colleague Hannah Cook, are both IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultants) and will be sharing with you their knowledge around breastfeeding and beyond. The aim is always to enhance your parenting journey, making you feel more confident and capable, even if it doesn’t always go to plan.

Postpartum Care with Georgia Killen

Georgia Killen is a registered Nurse and Midwife. She studied in Wellington for Nursing then moved to the UK for 10 years where she completed her Honours in Midwifery. Georgia loves the hustle and bustle of a busy delivery suite and the excitement and joy of being involved with care around parents with twins. Georgia started antenatal classes with Wellington Multiples over 7 years ago and now teaches nationally as well. Anything from antenatal/labour/delivery/postpartum is her jam. She is a passionate advocate for all things women’s health and promoter of pro choice, and loves to empower parents with knowledge heading into labour and delivery. Currently, Gee Lives in Dunedin, a mother to Maia (2.5y) and lead nurse to Cervical Screening Southern - New Zealand at Te Whatu Ora Southern. She loves a good gossip, margaritas, winter sports and international travel, but is the first to admit that she absolutely misses the amazing coffee of Wellington!
Transition to School with Amy Pierce

The wonderful Amy Pierce, Wellington mummy of 3 (2 x 6 year old girls and 1 baby boy) and Year 5/6 Team Leader from Khandallah School, will be joining us to talk about Transitioning to School and how we can best prepare and support our tamariki. While Amy is from Khandallah School those planning on sending your child to other schools will also benefit from her expertise. She is happy to answer questions about transitioning to school as well as teachery things relating to multiples and their education in general.
